The Jim Blurton plain stamp head is made from S1 tool steel, which is an air hardened tool steel and is easily maintained. The stamp is designed to fit e head nails and has a slightly wider head which is ideal for working with flat bar steel, it incorporates a welded on steel handle which is ergonomically designed with a non-slip grip on the handle.
Available as part of the Jim Blurton Professional Farrier Tool range, the plain head stamp was developed and tested at Jim’s forge in Mid Wales. It has been tested by some of the world’s leading farriers and equine experts, and is now available worldwide online.
