The Jim Blurton concave stamp is made from S1 tool steel which is an air hardened tool steel and is easily maintained. This stamp is designed to fit e head Nails and ideal for working on concave steel due to the narrower head which does not mark the side of the steel. The handle is 18” long to keep the users hand away from the hot steel and is made from high-quality hickory and grooved for grip.
Available as part of the Jim Blurton Professional Farrier Tool range, the concave stamp was developed and tested at Jim’s forge in Mid Wales. It has been tested by some of the world’s leading farriers and equine experts, and is now available worldwide online.
