The Jim Blurton Loop Knife has been designed with a long handle to give extra cutting power for working on even the hardest feet. The blade is made from A2 tool steel and hardened to 55 Rockwell. This knife is ideally suited for symmetrical trimming of frogs.
Available as part of the Jim Blurton Professional Farrier Tool range, the loop knife was developed and tested at Jim’s forge in Mid Wales. It has been tested by some of the world’s leading farriers and equine experts, and is now available worldwide online.
